Return and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, we are very frustrated and we will be happy to return them within 7 days of receiving the most items after the new item.
1. Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our website to explain the items and reasons you want to return. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the returned items in the original packaging.
3. Drop the parcel at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package. If we do not notify you of an early refund to your payment account, we will issue a refund to your Diamonds Lady wallet. Your Wallet Balance can be used for your next purchase or return to your payment account. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
5.If it is out of stock, the fee will be refunded within 48 hours.
1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is suitable for you. If not, you can of course come to us within 7 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be exchanged or exchanged: tights, underwear and pajamas, swimwear, jewelry and accessories (except scarves, handbags and mermaid blankets).
3. The returned item must be left unused with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that you directly return, without first contacting us.
5. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us. Returns will be at your own expense.
If you wish to return the item to the nearest return address, please submit your ticket in your account and our customer service representative will respond to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
